Freedom is taking responsibility for yourself and your actions. Common law covers all True crime. You are free to do what you want as long as you don't violate anyone else, their property or possessions. People will actually be held accountable for their actions and words unlike now. In this society, people think they can do whatever they want with no consequences. In a Free society you are held responsible for the things you do to others.

Fine, you'll say "I don't commit crime so where's the harm", so then they implement reading all your private correspondence and listening in to your phone calls; again, you answer with the same answer. Next along will be technology to read your thoughts and I suspect that answer will not serve you well if this ever happens.

Crime isn't down and convictions are up because there are 100's of thousands of "laws", codes and statutes... no matter what you do they can come up with a violation that fines or imprisons you. The more of these "laws" they create, the more "crimes" they create.
