Let's say someone has the method or technology to physically leave planet Earth and intends to do so. (I'm not talking about death or NDE here. I am talking about leaving by spacecraft or portal.) This planet-hopping person doesn't want people thinking he is missing or dead. Which government agency or authority should you contact to inform of your plans?
