GOD does cure HIV and cancer. GOD just doesn't do it in this world, but in the world of GOD.

What man creates, man must also destroy. GOD did not make sickness. GOD only allows sickness because man creates sickness. Blaming everything that ever occurs on this Earth on GOD is wrong.
