Well here, if you get a ticket for no insurance, registration, or driver's license you get your shit legal by the time you go to court and the judge dismisses everything...the only thing you lose is your time...trust me, I have two brothers that go through this constantly...

I watched one of them get pulled over in my parking lot one day...I walk outside and ask what's going on and the cop was writing my brother five tickets! One for no proof of ins, wrong plates, no driver's license, no registration, and the last one for not wearing a seat beat...he went to court and only had to pay the $25 seat belt fine because he proved the rest.
