He got the fine and two registrations paid for with the $100...here an old worn out car can be registered for like $35 I never forgive and I never forget I am a licensed firearm holder. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 8206693 They said the $100 was enough for the ticket and to renew both his wife's and his registrations...it was probably a $25 fine and $60-70 for two registrations...the cop still had to do his job and issue the citation. Fuck that is a deal. Here the minimum fine for no registration is $187.50 plus a loss of 3 of 10 driver points. My registration costs over $200 per year. |

But if he gave him the ticket along with the money, that would almost guarantee the result he intended because it'll cost more to pay the fines. |

There is the bus, there is walking, cycling, or many other forms of transportation that would be less than both the gas AND the ticket for driving that expired car. Well, it's not always possible to take public transportaion. Unfortunately, most have no clue there is no law that dictates that we have to register uncommercial vehicles. We've all been duped as they have imposed maritime law on us, as the US Constitution (the Law of the Land) has not been in affect since 1861 (Lincoln signed the 1st exec. order). One must request they are not placed under statutory laws (man made laws) so they are under the law of the land. Driver's licences are all statutory law items, not 'law of the land' items. When we are in court, and are called to the bench (enter beyond the court's wall/gate), we are legally on a ship. The Judge is acting as mediator between the ship's captain and the merchant. The judge's job at that time is to insure that bills are paid between the merchant and the buyer (you). When we exercise our right to utilize the law of the land as a natural person, and not an owned person, the Judge must then act as a Judge, not as a mediator. The Judge basically has to dismiss the case, as he cannot impose on you to pay the accuser, because there is no contract. This is an interesting situation, because if you plead to a case (guilty, innocent, or no contest) you enter into a contract, which can ultimately make you liable. You must not consent when the judge when the asks, 'how do you plead?' You must state that you do not consent, and that you are invoking your right to exercise the 'law of the land'. The judge must honor this, and dismiss the case. I'd do research beyond this post, to make sure that you dot your "I's" and cross your "T's" properly. Our legal system is sold out, so, it is important to fisrt of all avoid it at all cost (it is evil, same system that killed Christ), if that's not possible, know how to operate as a natural man under the laws of the land. |

Quoting: Alien Disclosure Group It started when Hayden Carlo was pulled over for an expired registration sticker. Carlo says he's been struggling to support his wife and two small children. "You get paid, pay your bills, and there's your money. It's gone." He told the officer he had no excuse for the expired sticker. "I said 'there's no explanation for why I haven't done it, except I don't have the money.' I said 'it was either feed my kids or get my registration done." The officer wrote a citation and handed it to the 25-year-old. Carlo says when he took it, he could not believe what he saw. "I opened it up and there's a 100 dollar bill. I broke down in my car what else could I do." The officer never told anyone about the $100 gift. But Carlo's grandfather, Billy McIntire, was so moved by the kind gesture he wrote a letter to the department. Watch Here: [link to www.youtube.com] |
