In English language he is known as Satan or The Devil In Arabic language he is known as Iblis or Shaytaan Jinn in arabic means "Genie" in english language (as the genie in the cartoon "alladin") -Satan is of the Jinn race, thus he is a jinn. -The Jinn race was created before mankind and lived on Earth way before us, and still does nowadays. -The Jinn race lives naturally in a Higher Dimension. -The Jinn race has the ability to choose between good and evil as we humans do, thus some of them are good and some of them are bad, some of them are religious, some of them are pagans. -The Jinn race will also be judged by God on Judgement day. -The Jinn race is made of fire as a basis while we humans are made of clay and while angels are made of light. -Angels are pure per nature and cannot do wrong or "fall" as like to say the clueless ignorants among christians. -Angels have not the choice to do good or bad, they simply obey what God commands them. -Angels protect us from the Jinn race by God command. -Angels will not be judged on Judgemend day since they were created pure, remains pure not matter what and will always be. "Allah" means "God" in arabic language the same way as "Dieu" means "God" in french language. Muslims use the term "Allah" over the term "God" because the word "Allah" has no plural from whereas "God" can be written "Gods" and thus become blasphemy and paganism. This is the only reason why english speaking muslims uses "Allah" over "God". God knows which choices you will make regarding the main road he created for you, so He can tell in advace who is in hell and who is in heaven. luck and bad luck are favors and tests from God. it's not because someone is very lucky that God likes him. every choice you make is a test, this life is a test, you are tested day after day until you die ! you get your retribution when this life ends, it's like a graduation, either you pass or you fail. i like to call it the "sorting center". God sorts the trash from the good, sends the trash to hell and the good to heaven. God does not decide on daily basis, he has already decided everything, everyting about everything is already written in the mother book. everything is already over for God, but not for you and me who live the present and know nothing about the future except what God wants us to know (prophecies/dreams etc).
