In this particular case, it looks really bad at the beginning of this tape when he slapped him.
It looked and certainly sounded totally uncalled for and way too violent for hitting anyone of any age.
But, then the whole rest of it looked like them horsing around.

I couldn't hear it very well, but it sounded like Hindi at times and little like Arabic.

One question I didn't find an answer to while reading the article.
Was the man filming actually proud of the abusers actions so much he had to record it and put it online to show off like a trophy?
Or was he candidly filming the abuser in an attempt to expose him and help the kids?
