Premier League English football to bring in 'racial quotas'
The Daily Mail has revealed that the FA has drawn up a massive 92-point plan to help combat the issue that has dogged the sport in recent seasons. The plan will demand that at least 10 per cent of officials and coaches entering the game are from ethnic minorities.
The Mail insist they have seen the entire plan and that it contains provisions to get more woman and disabled people into the game, as well as identifying Asian role models for that specific community.
New players and managers in England will be given an 'anti-racism' education, while even stewards will be given advice on how to handle abuse they see in the stands. Confidential hotlines will also be set up where players can report any incidents of racist abuse or bullying.
Into my heart an air that kills From yon far country blows: What are those blue remembered hills, What spires, what farms are those? That is the land of lost content,I see it shining plain,The happy highways where I went And cannot come again.
