Yet you fail to even quote the passage about the seat of Satan that is clearly a reference to ROME:

Symbolism that comes from Daniel 7 where we find the four beast empires the fourth being ROME.
It was pagan of imperial Rome that tried to kill baby Jesus. Then pagan Rome gave the seat of power to papal Rome.
Since the same founded Israel in 1917-1948 you could say they are all the assemblies of Satan.
But Rev 13 - beast from the sea that rules for 42 months - is not Israel.
Then two questions for You OP:
1. Who are the four beasts of Daniel chapters 2 & 7? (note: they are the same for both chapters.)
2. When are/were the 42 months in world history?
With the answer for these two questions you can ID the sea beast w/seat of Satan.
