Oh. I never noticed anything about porno... I didn't think any normal person used the PICTURE form of porn any more, this isn't 1978. There's Youporn, Lubetube, etc. Anyway, I clicked this thread because the other day I did a search on my name and several pictures came up of me. It was never like that before. I thought they had to have changed something. |

It really makes open-ended searches more difficult, the kind where you kind of know what you are looking for but aren't quite sure. I found this out myself recently. I'm an amateur portrait painter and was searching for head shots of women with ponytails to help with a painting I'm doing. I needed a hair shot of a woman with hair of a certain color and sheen with light from a particular direction to serve as a model for the painting. In the past you could set the search for unfiltered and enter general terms like "Red hair" "ponytail" to get a wide range of results. I would simply punch through them until I found something that worked. Now the same search produces far less. It's like you now have to know exactly what you want before you can set a search to get it. I've simply switched to Bing, which still allows wide-ranging searches. |
