What a day. I'm going to take a break and check emails later. Will order early tomorrow morning. I may have to take Sloane's offer up if I get that last response.

Everyone, have a great night and thank you (beyond belief). I'll check in.

How cheap! You are getting a free advertising amongst th0usands of people and in return you are giving a hungry family a paltry 2 pounds of turkey? Cheap ass! Why not double the portion so they all don't have to have a small serving of turkey. Or give out 5 of these meals as you are getting lots of exposure to your website here. How do we now these people will even get the meal and that you are not just a spammer? Green Bean Casserole? Ewwwwww....

Good grief...can't people read?

I left you some green to compensate. I think this thread is amazing...it restores my faith in humanity when I see things like the generosity shown here. Many of our neighbors are struggling financially this year and I know that some of them are having a hard time putting food on the table. I've enlisted the help of my kids and we're giving each family a homemade cake and jug of apple cider. Maybe it'll help a little.

Thanks, PokerFace and everyone else who's contributing for doing this!

I don't think that's the OP's website......but even if it was, so what? She's being kind and giving to others.

You have a problem with that, so you should go out and give twice what the OP is giving to the needy instead of complaining about it and calling OP names.

Rude!

This is my Challenge to those of you who claim your Christianity. Put your money where your mouth is. Actions speak much louder than words. I've got humanity, a heart and I'm not religious. Agnostic, but love the holiday.

 Quoting: PokerFace

What does 'put your money where your mouth is' and 'actions speak much louder than words' mean?

Are you bragging about yourself? I truly don't understand the context of those statements.

Plus, no one has 'humanity'. That's like saying "I've got mankind".
You might be humane or you might have humility but you can't have humanity.

You seem egotistical yet generous. Two traits that usually don't go together.

You just joined this forum last week and you're wanting someone's address (who you won't mention????) so you can supposedly mail this Christmas meal to?

mahalo nui for doing this

as a single mom, we have often gone w/o xmas or thanksgiving dinner, but sometimes a church donated turkey and trimmings and I was always so grateful.

we used to go help out at homeless shelters etc as a way to give on those days.

when you give you don't notice what you're lacking as much.

plus, we got dinner! lol.

so, the Lord bless you.james 1:27

I try to ignore the holidays as my first born is missing since 19 since my divorce.

long story many tears.

his younger brother is now a teenager and says, save your money, mom and buy me a video game instead...lol.

I'm not applying.

just wanna say you're one of the reasons glper's are cool.
shared a subway sandwich on thanksgiving and won't afford xmas

but you've reminded me to start expecting some way to bless others the next couple weeks.

melekalikemaka and ho ho ho
