Shore Checkpoint Tonight (New Orleans) He says they will also use the roadblock to look for motorists not wearing seat belts, unrestrained children in vehicles, and any dangerous driving behaviors such as speeding, following too closely, and driving while distracted. its a double standard trap. If you were on the road and you see 5+ cars with lights spinning, people in lab coats with needles, and suits. Wouldn't you be distracted?
