Yes, the bible is a very powerful brainwashing book.

The hold it has on people is very strong.

The book has been masterfully created, even the fact that the code in it can be unraveled when you know what you are looking for, is quite ingenious.

I disagree that the book itself is powerful, it's the buzz created about it by people, the book itself is painful and boring as hell to read and obviously a made up pile of shit.

The catch is the golden ticket to heaven and once caught up in it, people are too scared to leave it. They are scared of the God who kills people for picking up sticks on a Sunday and wants to fry people for ever and ever.

I am not scared. Why would i want to leave something thst brings me such happiness. God does not kill anyone. God gave us free will he would like us all to come back to him. How do you supose we came to existance OP?

This is a point OP would you walk into a church full of people and tell them that the Bible is a spell?

As you can see from the recent replies I have proved my point, Christians have turned up to spout their brain dead dribble.

These types never actually read the bible and has almost no idea what is in it.

The bible is the religion of Europeans, it was forced down our necks as a way of enslaving us.

The very people who think they will be saved by Christ are the very ones who will in fact be captured.

God will say to you "What makes you think you deserve paradise? You killed my son and were glad to be rewarded for it ... I know you not."

And how did you come to this conclusion if this is the truth? Who is this god that you speak of? Why are you not trying to save us by telling us all that you know which allows you to believe this? To my knowledge i never killed anybody especially not Jesus Christ and if god will say that to me how does he not exist??

Also since you really had no knowledge of choosing which region you were born on this planet, had you been born in Iraq, would that make you right as a muslim and christians on the other side of the world wrong?

Now that you are a christian, does this make those in the middle eastern countries wrong and you, right? Some people have lived and died without ever having the christian, muslim religious insights. Does this make them a candidate for hell simply because of them being born where they were?

Its hard to discuss these things with someone of a rigid religious background. They never tend to get it and which is why I don't even bother them anymore. I hope they wake up someday.

All religion is based on similar moral values god likes to make himself familiar to people and god is within many that walk/walked the earth not just one, two, three people the stories though are based on true happenings in certain parts ofthe world. True miracles.

1. the universe was stretched out(expanded) from a single point. Isaiah 40:22 Confirmed by modern astronomy, despite popular scientific theories of an infinite universe.

2. the earth hangs upon nothing (empty space) Job 26:7 confirmed by science.

3. God's Words (the Bible) will never pass away 24:35

The Bible is full of historical accuracies, fulfilled predictions of the life and death of Jesus Christ, supported by non-Christian historians.

It is saturated with the deepest truths of man's consciousness and the reality of this world.

The Bible is equally hated and attacked for its truth.

Fools claim it was invented by the elite to control society, yet it is CONSTANTLY attacked and subverted and distorted by all mainstream media and culture creation industries.

Christ has not yet come, he is not who you think he is. I could prove this to you easily.

If you knew anything about the gospel of Christ, you would know that the whole point of his sacrifice is that WE DON'T DESERVE SALVATION. WE ARE SINNERS. SALVATION IS A FREE GIFT FROM GOD BECAUSE HE LOVES US, not because we earned it or are deserving of anything.

No true Christian would ever claim they deserve salvation.

I think this above is off-base....

Try looking at the bible and other religious texts from the perspective of how they affect (or shall I say hinder) the evolution of consciousness. How they keeps individual locked in a dualistic mindset and in fear-based consciousness. How they keep individuals looking for answers outside of their own being when the answers are in fact within their own being.

Remember, if religions taught their followers how to become spiritually advanced beings or how to evolve their consciousness, these very same followers would have learned how to transcend the need for an organized thought/belief system in their lives and they would begin teaching & bringing others with them and away from the churches/synagogs/mosques. Followers would leave these institutions because they would no longer have any conscious need for them. It is for this reason that religions cannot divulge and must withhold such information/teachings because it is counterproductive to maintaining the control & influence over the followers of that institution.

The greatest conspiracy ever perpetuated on the masses was convincing them that their souls were in jeopardy by default and required 'saving' - and of course the very same institution that perpetuates that fabrication/lie/myth is the same one who claims to have the 'instructions' for salvation. It's like a Doctor convincing you that you have a mystery terminal illness - upon which the only cure is his special antidote & set of instructions.

Just to confirm....Did you know all this information intuitively from birth?

Unfortunately that is not how it works, they have sentenced us all by allowing the net to closed around us.

God's only begotten Son is now a race of humanity, Jesus said "Before Abraham was I am."

Christ is white man ... that is who God's son is.

And God made him from himself for a reason.

Usually white man is smart enough to avoid his fathers net but we got sucked in by Christianity and so well look out, because the net is nearly closed.
