It won't be the "ole black boa" rioting or the Latino rioting, when the Entitlements/Benefits/Welfare get cut, it will be the "Hasadic/Russian/Religious/Orthodox" White Jews, that will Riot, and Loot and Mug, and assault once their free Moneys, after 80+ years get cut.. (plus their Temples Fundings too!).

I bet your right! (a non event) however they are setting up for the major event, that's coming around 01-10-2013->01-13-2013, when most "Entitlements/Benefits/Welfare" is cut mostly for the "Hasadic/Russian/Religious/Orthodox" Jews, after 80+ years..
