Anyone else notice influx of middle easterners

Anyone else notice a growing population of middle easterners lately? I live in Colorado and it seems like I see them everywhere. I just got back from my bank and I was helped by a guy with a ME accent. I can't tell the difference between Indian, Aphgani, Iranian or whatever so not sure. I know several natural born Americans that need that job and whose family have paid taxes and life dues to be an American. My thought is in the fat times we raise the immigration limits. In the lean times we lower them. Also the expectation needs to be when you move to America you adopt to American ways and learn english.
