People, this is the truth, and our Solar System orbits a sun that orbits the Sirius.

Wrong.

Maybe I am, we shall see, but I'm open to it and I don't really think any of us know wtf yet, including you.
Besides, it's better then believing in TPTB.

Have a good one Astro, and much respect.

Do the math for yourself and you won't have to "believe in TPTB," you can know for yourself just like I do.
 Quoting: Dr. Astro

What is it that you know that nobody else does? What are we rotating around and is our solar system a vortex or not.
I want to understand but stepping on my throat is a turn off dude and will convince me not to look to you. I never called you a name or told you to f off. I see you were tangling with someone, it wasn't me.

Uhmm, I do Astro. Keep in mind tho, just because I don't fully understand the language doesn't make me an idiot.
 Quoting: MultiStrada

I didn't say you were an idiot, but it is possible to know whether this claim is true or false.

 Quoting: MultiStrada

Lots of people know what I know.
What are we rotating around and is our solar system a vortex or not.
 Quoting: Multstrada

We're "rotating around" our sun which in turn is orbiting the galaxy. No, our solar system is not a "vortex."
I want to understand but stepping on my throat is a turn off dude and will convince me not to look to you. I never called you a name or told you to f off. I see you were tangling with someone, it wasn't me.
 Quoting: Multistrada

Pardon? I wasn't stepping on your throat. Math is the language of science, I was suggesting that you try to study it for yourself so that you can know it for yourself. I'm not stepping on your throat or telling you to believe me or else, I'm trying to encourage you to learn the truth for yourself.

Re: The Helical Model - Our Solar System Is A Vortex!
I guess some of my ?'s are a bit simplistic because I like to keep things that way.

I already know we rotate around the sun dude.

Your the guy who uses gravity to calculate where things are at and how to get there. I'm the guy you come to when the shit needs built to get there. I make the parts that assemble the satellites, rockets, and rovers. I have a lifetime of work floating above our heads and roving on mars. The failed one, and the one there now that's working. So I may not have the answers but I am most definitely part of finding them.

The disneyesque 2012 video is fun to watch, and you have to admit the guy giving the presentation understand basic interpersonal communication. The thing that spiked my mind was the decay of the atom increasing by 1/10th of 1%. Time speeding up as we slow down. Also, 7.82 frequency, the pulse of the earth and our resonance increasing. That stuff has been proven.

There is nothing that exists here that doesn't exist in the universe, including electricity. I know there are scientific minds that would look at you and tell you to do the math. I do not assume that we speak the language of math fully. There is much to be discovered and I look forward to continuing on that path.

I do not agree or disagree with you. The riddle isn't solved yet, if it was we wouldn't be pounding in these keyboards.

All that said, I'm glad your out there thinking and breathing. Just don't try and tell me you have the answers cause nobody does.

peace

Boy this thread turned into a steaming pile. While the video is cool and idea intriguing, I have to side with Mr. Astro's analysis. On the other hand, there is a relation to Sirius, and other stars, but not in this way.

Perhaps the information displayed on the following links might illuminate the issue:

Note that Dr. Astro is right when he says that our solar system is not a "vortex": the earth and the planets are never directly ahead of, or behind of the sun in its trip (so the sun is not dragging the planets along).

Greetings to all.
