I hate mornings. I tried working out in the mornings and it made me feel like a freak all day. I usually work out in my basements, at night, when I feel like it. I'm not one of these addicted-to-exercising weirdos. |

I workout first thing in the morning. I can't really eat too much in the morning, so like you I drink some water. I always do some sort of cardio in the morning. I save the weights for after work. After I workout I generally have a banana and a glass of milk. Then off to work. I have some type of mid morning snack at around 10:00am. I too love working out in the morning. I am sooo tired at work if I miss my workout. |

It made me prance around, like a know-it-all, criticizing everybody for not liking what I like. |

I have lived the "Disregard Women, Acquire Aesthetics, Man the Harpoons" lifestyle since I was a sperm. I am nothing short of a champion. I do dick push ups to failure, I have supplement nutrition facts taped to the inside of my stunna shades, I listen to Mens Fitness on audio book on my way to the gym and my workout playlist when I go to sleep at night, I have a statue in a small village in South America, I sleep in the sit up position, I don't feel pain because there is no more weakness left to leave my body, I take so many vitamins my piss is neon excellence, and I read my lifting progress while I shiit protein bars. |

I wake up about 5:00 or 5:30 before the wife and kids are up. I go to the garage and stretch while I smoke bong hits and get high as possible. I start walking for about a quarter mile to warm up then I run 5 miles. On weekends I'll occasionally do 10 miles. After my run I hit the gym in the garage. I work out major muscle groups with no real plan. Alternating groups every other day. Some days I'll thrash myself, others are light days. All depends on how I feel. Some days I will ride my Trek instead of run but that's only if I'm feeling lazy and would rather cover some ground and explore. Ill do 20 miles but its a fraction the workout I get from running. Once back I'll make breakfast for me familia. Usually a couple eggs for myself. Absolute minimal carbs. No sugar ever. Haven't had pop in years. I don't know my body fat but I'm 6'4" 200lbs and shreaded. I can run a 5 minute mile with no problem at 38 years old. I also take Krave Maga a few times a month. I've taken martial arts since I was 8 but I enjoy real self defense. I do Tai Chi on my own as well as meditation and tantra sessions with the wife. Sometimes my 8 yr old will wake up and ride his bike along with me in the morning. Of course I can't smoke herbs on those days. I've found that weed gives me a far superior workout. Especially on distance days when I go ten miles or more. |

You should try working out high on edibles or vaporizing mary jane, I was running really high on an edible and I swear I could feel the levels of glycogen being used up as it turned into adenosine triphosphate I sprinted very fast and my muscles would get more and more tired but I could somehow be able to keep running I felt like a puppet, and I stopped because my heart rate was about to explode. Also did sprints on ephedrine, phenylethylamine, and a caffeine pill and that day I thought I was gonna have a heard attack while running. Be careful on what stimulants you take, green tea is better than anything else, too much coffee = too much cortisol, it eats up your muscles via gluconeogenesis and add fat it's lipogenic(adds fat) and catabolic(burns muscle). |
