Weather still cloudy here, no joy.

Meteor shower was an amazing sight.......saw bunch of them, i'm happy going back to sleep now.

I've seen a bunch here in Toronto, Canada. I live right in the city too so it's usually pretty hard to see anything but the clouds cleared up and after staring up for an hour, I saw a couple of really large bright ones. It's truly amazing and beautiful!

Just ventured outside, very impressive. Can't help but smile. Neat.

Peak starts in about 10 minutes.

Saw three just now in a couple minutes in NE Ohio.

Very clear night.

Just saw three very faint ones in Mid-Nebraska.

Viewing socked in below about 20 degrees altitude (elevation) all the way around the horizon, with haze.

Will be going back out in a bit. Used to sit out literally hours at a time. Can't do that any more.

Oh, if you have Christmas lights burning and are trying to see any meteors, turn off your Christmas lights and you Might see a few more faint ones per 20 minute's veiwing.

people have posted that they been seeing them in Chicago...

cos just as it tapers up... it will taper back down :)

Took a nice 30 minute hot tub with the wife and we counted 41. Two with nice long tails. Amazing!

A bit cloudy but I just came in and saw 5 in 30 minutes over eastern Massachusetts looking West, all with nice tails.

Got a pot going for the whole family! The kids are loving it.

Me an the wife drove out to a dark spot and we both saw the best one ever in both are lives it was like a roman candle times it buy a 1000 seemed real close to with blues and greens. Good times feel good thanks for letting me no about this.

can watch without freezing your ass off.

But, the stupid parking lot at my work has about a billion flood lights.

Dumb shits are wasting so much money lighting up the place so criminals can rob it.

Anyway, back to the meteors!

I finally found my winter coat, hat and gloves. Now I can go outside and watch the meteor shower. I hate winter when you live in a place where it never snows yet it gets so damn cold.

I have been taking study break every hour tonight, and have seen several every couple of minutes I am out there!

Saw an amazing meteor a few hours ago! Had a long blue-green sparkly tail. No street lights in our 'hood in the mountains makes for great viewing!

Been out several times tonight. So freaking beautiful, clear skys here in Bama have seen at least 50 and several that were just... well words just cant describe them. Wish i had a camera that worked worth a crap in low light to try and capture some of what I've seen tonight.

Noooooooo! In the hour and a half that it took me to find my gah dem winter coat, the sky clouded over!

St peters mo here. Snuggled up in layers watching the show by myself :( but have seen quite a few bright ones even w the city lights. Wish I was at home in the country w no lights but stuck here working my 72 Hr shift.

I wondered what was happening. I saw 2 falling stars on my way home from work tonite. It was awesome!

I would probably get to see more if the damn griswalds didn't live next door.
