Well this takes the cake! New GAY Bible...*Queen James* Prevents Homophobic Misinterpretation
The Queen James Bible resolves long-standing interpretive ambiguity in key Bible passages regarding homosexuality, making the world's first "Gay Bible."

San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) December 12, 2012
The assault on gay rights almost always comes from a belief that the Bible says homosexuality is a sin. Gay marriage is at the forefront of religious and political debate, and it all stems from people’s opinions on Biblical translation. The Queen James Bible is a new Bible that hopes to put an end to the debate, and arm Gay Christians and their supporters with a Bible of their own.

Homosexuality was first overtly mentioned in the Bible in 1946 in the Revised Standard Version. There is no mention of or reference to homosexuality in any Bible prior to this – only interpretations have been made. Anti-LGBT Bible references commonly cite only eight verses in the Bible that they interpret to mean homosexuality is a sin. The Queen James Bible addresses those controversial verses by editing them very slightly for interpretive clarity. The edits all confirm that the Bible does not condemn homosexuality, and therefore renders such interpretations impossible.

Revelation 22:19

And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.

Deuteronomy 4:2 Do not add to what I command you and do not subtract from it, but keep the commands of the LORD your God that I give you.

Deuteronomy 12:32 See that you do all I command you; do not add to it or take away from it.

Proverbs 30:6 Do not add to his words, or he will rebuke you and prove you a liar.

Well, if it helps gay people repent and turn to Jesus, then I guess it has some benefit?

Not sure, I'm torn about it really.

I think we as Christians sometimes waste too much time worrying about homosexuality.

I have never seen anywhere in the bible where it says heterosexuality is a requirement for salvation.

It does say a man shouldn't lay with another man as he would with a woman. So some can take that as meaning gay sex is a sin....but even then, we are all sinners. Whose to say their sin is worse than mine, or yours?

I dunno, everyone can believe what they want, and have their own opinions....it's just my opinion that we spend too much time worrying about homosexuality.

The 7 Universal LAWS given to NOAH have not changed...

THE 7 LAWS

1
Acknowledge that there is only one G-d who is Infinite and Supreme above all things. Do not replace that Supreme Being with finite idols, be it yourself, or other beings. This command includes such acts as prayer, study and meditation.

2
Respect the Creator. As frustrated and angry as you may be, do not vent it by cursing your Maker.

3
Respect human life. Every human being is an entire world. To save a life is to save that entire world. To destroy a life is to destroy an entire world. To help others live is a corollary of this principle.

4
Respect the institution of marriage. Marriage is a most Divine act. The marriage of a man and a woman is a reflection of the oneness of G-d and His creation. Disloyalty in marriage is an assault on that oneness
.

5
Respect the rights and property of others. Be honest in all your business dealings. By relying on G-d rather than on our own conniving, we express our trust in Him as the Provider of Life.

6
Respect G-d's creatures. At first, Man was forbidden to consume meat. After the Great Flood, he was permitted - but with a warning: Do not cause unnecessary suffering to any creature.

7
Maintain justice. Justice is G-d's business, but we are given the charge to lay down necessary laws and enforce them whenever we can. When we right the wrongs of society, we are acting as partners in the act of sustaining the creation.

It is really not about one person's struggle with any kind of sexual sin..It is really about trying to Change a DIVINE PROMISE and COVENANT of GOD

Like trying to Change Israel from being a Jewish Nation to a Gentile/Arab Nation or trying to change Marriage to mean 2 Men 2 Women that is the GRAVE error IMO that will bring the Wrath of GOD down on a nation..

From the Rabbi's of the Babylonian Talmud.

Babylonian Talmud” – the book of rabbis’ interpretation of the scriptures 1,000 years before Christ, there was only one time in history that reflects where we are right now.

There was only one time in history, according to these writings, where men were given in marriage to men, and women given in marriage to women.

Want to venture a guess as to when? No, it wasn’t in Sodom and Gomorrah, although that was my guess. Homosexuality was rampant there, of course, but according to the Talmud, not homosexual “marriage.”

What about ancient Greece? Rome? No. Babylon? No again.

The one time in history when homosexual “marriage” was practiced was … during the days of Noah. And according to Satinover, that’s what the “Babylonian Talmud” attributes as the final straw that led to the Flood.

Since it's already coming, and we can't avoid it, wouldn't it be better to try and welcome gays into the kingdom of God rather then constantly talk against them and push them away?

If we constantly tell them that they are bad, evil and other things, they would naturally run the other way. Why not try to welcome them instead?

I don't mean to condone the sin, but to be honest and let the person be changed by the Holy spirit from the inside out in his/her own time because it's really between that person and God anyway.

That's my thoughts.

Tangent: are you suggesting that God was angrier at 2 human men marrying each other than He was at fallen angels spawning mutants by procreating with human women?
