Does a person has to be baptized and saved to enter heaven? I hear conflicting answers and I'd like to know for sure

Water baptism cannot save a person,being born of the spirit of God and that is a turning away from the world and following his laws and commands.This is the renewing of the spirit or being born again as the cliche goes and submission to the ways of God Through out the bible the key to salvation is the obedience to the word and the faith of jesus by which your works establishes you before the father as a son or daughter My opinion, The word of "obedience" is not appealing to current generation. We have been taughted by video games, do what you want, shoots and kills. All subdued and obedience people are loser! We need something similar to games. A long the time, equip us with more powerful tools, good weapons, at the end of the games, we become like good God. Relevant key word should be Transformation. There is nothing new under the sun obedience cannot be watered down to new age meanings..Its either you wallk by the rules or not.
