If YOU were a CEO would you opt out of significantly less money so lets say your average worker could make more? If this were possible of course. Lets say for the sake of argument you made 5 mil per year. Would YOU drop your wage to 1 mil per year so and give your employess higher raises?

Absolutely not.

However, i would give an incentive whoch would give all staff a bonus if all targets are met, and maybe an increase if sales and revenue increase in accordance to productivity onhthe shop floor.

I like that idea, but don't give the bonus to the whole staff, only those who actually contributed. There will always be folks on board who will do just enough to keep their jobs and let the others go above and beyond if they know there will be a bonus either way.
