To grieve is a long process, and you end up going through many different stages. Many people end up latching onto something outside themselves because they do not feel strong enough to get through the burden and suffering themselves.

I understand that 'need'. Most people do not understand the power of their soul. Do not 'lose' yourself looking for comfort. True comfort arises from the inside and from no other place. When you look for exterior comforts, make sure they are of a temporary nature. It is the interior comforts that will 'save' you, but can be more difficult to achieve.
