Hilary Clinton May Not Testify on Benghazi

Hilary Clinton may not testify before Congress on December 20th as scheduled on the Benghazi massacre.. A spokesperson for the State Department stated today that Secretary of State Clinton may not testify due to internal investigations that are still on going.
