Oh because women were not considered people before feminism? Okay I suggest a history book.

Yes, that's true. Women are nothing without women's liberation.

Gloria Steinem is my hero. I'm glad she worked with the CIA to help women in the united states.

Feminists have always targeted the housewife. So it is a complete oxymoron to be a feminist and a housewife. As at the core of feminist propaganda is the destruction and the shunning of the housewife.

“[Housewives] are mindless and thing-hungry…not people. [Housework] is peculiarly suited to the capacities of feeble-minded girls. [It] arrests their development at an infantile level, short of personal identity with an inevitably weak core of self…. [Housewives] are in as much danger as the millions who walked to their own death in the concentration camps. [The] conditions which destroyed the human identity of so many prisoners were not the torture and brutality, but conditions similar to those which destroy the identity of the American housewife.” ~ Betty Friedan, The Feminine Mystique, 1963.

“A parasite sucking out the living strength of another organism…the [housewife's] labor does not even tend toward the creation of anything durable…. [W]oman’s work within the home [is] not directly useful to society, produces nothing. [The housewife] is subordinate, secondary, parasitic. It is for their common welfare that the situation must be altered by prohibiting marriage as a ‘career’ for woman.” ~ Simone de Beauvoir, The Second Sex, 1949.

“[A]s long as the family and the myth of the family and the myth of maternity and the maternal instinct are not destroyed, women will still be oppressed…. No woman should be authorized to stay at home and raise her children. Society should be totally different. Women should not have that choice, precisely because if there is such a choice, too many women will make that one. It is a way of forcing women in a certain direction.” ~ Simone de Beauvoir, “Sex, Society, and the Female Dilemma,” Saturday Review, June 14, 1975.

Re: Did the feminist ideology came from Communism?
While it may me true that feminist ideology came from communism, i have to say that feminism did wonders for the capitalism, mostly for these reasons:

- More people willing to work, which means lower wages and less bargaining power for the working class;

- More consumerism, since feminism gave to 50% of the population the power to buy whatever they want (Before feminism cosumerism did not exist);

- More taxes for the governments, due to increase of the income of the families and of the companies;

- Creation of new kinds of products, services and industries to please the women.

- Values being taught to children by schools and media (like consumerism, being highly competitive and stuff that beneficit capitalism), not by their parents, since they need to work. It means easier indoctrination by the capitalist governments;

- Huge inflation of everything, beforem feminism, for example, housing prices were calculated based on the income of only one person, now considers the couple's income. Before feminism a worker father could support a whole family with more than 10 children, nowadays it is difficult to raise a child alone.

I am also MTF transgendered, and therefore have a right to not like most women and especially feminists. If feminists like Gloria Steinem and the rest of them are going to hate me, and other memebers of the LGBT community, I am going to hate them right back!!! Re: Did the feminist ideology came from Communism?
I could be wrong but I think it started out innocently (kind of give women a break kind of deal), but it was taken over by the left who hated the idea that the average man had a resource at his disposal that the state couldn't control and who didn't work for them.

Re: Did the feminist ideology came from Communism?
A housewife is just this

holding down the fort and working at home to keep it all in order and making certain the tots are ok.

Communists don't like housewives simply because one cannot TAX their work and make

$$$ off their work

this is how it all boils down to in the pot

cant tax and spend a good portion of public sector work

I wasn't born yesterday chuckle

you want to know what makes it all Tick ??

follow the $$$$$

That's it. Why have someone work for them when they could work for us, logic.

That is why those of the left embrace and support misogynist religions, they never really cared for women or women's issues all along, it was just another means to an end..... Big brother.
