Sorry OP but this isn't a real issue. Just look at grasscity.com, rollitup.com or bluelight.ru.....weed being laced is extremely rare. It doesn't make sense to lace a cheap drug with a more expensive one.

I've spoken to some folks in the city close to where I live and many of them have said that for a long time the government has been spiking marijuana with meth and angel dust.
