does an increase in novelty indicate an increase in tragedy?
it seems to make sense that the level of representation of a novel in someones head of the universal experience could indicate the relative novelty of the cosmos;; also that novelty increases as tragedy increases just as tragedy is the ultimate end to any story, and the tendencies of the great beautiful poetic novels left throughout history.

so then it really is all about some dream someone had echoing into everyone else's dream and we were all a little uncomfortable because we knew deep down inside it was a tragedy so then the tragedy will happen and the consciousness will be reborn again someone?

Nietzsche loved tragedy and knew a lot about nothing but he didn't know everything and was more of a ranter;; wrote a lot about the truths of 'the divine tragedy' and such which accurately unveil subconscious tendency and fractal type archetypes.

i know it increases as habit decreases so then the decrease of habit would also increase tragedy which is a resistance to change caused by our love of our memories.

yes nietzsche addresses the tragedy with satire; comedy always a good answer.

An increase in novelty indicates humanity becoming more accustomed to it's environ. Tragedy is nothing new to us.
