I know some diehard never ever going to happen types all of a sudden out there doing just that. Its crazy. They don't even know what to get or where to start but they are grabbing shit " Just In Case "

So how many of the rest of you are doing the same or feeling that tugging going on that makes you want too.

Come on. Tell the Truth.

I have turned my attention to the idea
that if we are going to line up cosmically
with the "dark rift", and no one knows what
will happen, but maybe 3 days of darkness,
that I wanted to have some "comfort items".

So, while my mate jokingly says cheese and
crackers and some wine and Makers Mark will
suffice, I have decided that staying put for
3 days under duress might require a bag of
goodies. Certainly dark chocolate is one
of my necessities. I also ordered these
yesterday as my last minute preps for the
week of the 21st.

Who needs food if you can swallow down
some "famine food" cactus caps? When I
am stressed, I tend to not eat...

Organic Spirulina is something I use when
traveling since again, my appetite is not
great, but the need for energy makes this
a good choice for me...

Finally, this natural stress-relax herbal
formula for sleep is one of my favorite. You
can get gel caps or chewables. I have got
both, and they are good enough to knock out
an insomniac, so they made my list of must
haves for the potential of a 3 days of darkness
scenario. I can imagine using them not only
for myself but to get some rest from stress
but have been sharing these with friends and
family who are feeling stressed about what
might be happening.

Chewables are nice...you can halve or quarter
them--they are about the size of a nickel.

Otherwise, lol, I am finding myself eating
stuff I would consider splurges and stuff that
might not be available after an event that might
knock out the electrical grid. I have certainly
eaten more ice cream recently than I have in
the last year.

Also as a splurge, I am adding bottles of coffee
that are already made. I sure do not mind downing
a bottle of Starbucks in lieu of fresh made. I
sure do not want a caffeine headache for sure if
the heck is hitting the fan.

I have noticed that some of my friends are spending
big bucks trying to get enough goods in the house
so they do not have to get out into any fray should
something happen. Even if it does not happen, those
worrying it will could be out going primal. Me, I
am going to be home in bed with my sweetie, cheese,
crackers, chocolate and spirulina, at the ready.

ps. I cannot recommend those Tranquil Sleep natural
sleeping caps enough. You can get 5 bucks off a first
time order using code BES696. My order, made and
shipped yesterday, was more than 20 bucks so will be
shipping free and here in a day or two. Perfectly timed
to arrive before any other trouble people are hoping will
or wont come.
