Screwed without the receipt If they still carry the product you just go and buy another one and then return the defective one with the new receipt a day later. They end up returning it to the manufacturer for credit anyway so it doesn't impact their bottom line. |

I never go in that place without regret. I have had to go there 5 times for my company in the last two months and they are so incompetent. I purchased a 72" tv for a conference room and they gave me a delivery date. I gave them a business cc and a business card and the address. The date of delivery, at the end of the day, I call to find out what happened. They tried to deliver it to my old home address, I have no idea where they even got it. Had to reschedule for a week later. That isn't even the worst story. |

I'm telling the truth, I have been polite with this guy over this receipt for over a week now. I call every night and they know my voice now and he just went into a meeting, or he just went to lunch (at 5:30 pm). |

I ordered something I needed for a conference from there. They tell me what date they will have it, I mark my calendar. On that date, I call to make sure it's there. Uh, it was here, but you didn't come pick it up and after eight days we sent it back. Then she changed her story twice and I realized she had no idea what she was talking about. So I asked her to please find someone around her that had some sense and put them on the phone. This lady looked it up and said that it was back ordered, so they cancelled the order. I asked her why they didn't let me know because I am running out of time to get this and I could have been looking for it elsewhere. She said they emailed me, but they had the wrong email address typed in although they had my business card with it correct and all of my phone numbers, they could be bothered with calling me. I told her that I appreciated her being honest with me. |

Nothing personal but dude, it's your fault. Best Buy is a place I will not shop. CostCo has the same shit and a way better return policy. Except for Computers, MicroCenter is the place to go for that. |

So I called and they were going to credit my card. Brad said at the bottom of the copy it had someone else's name so they must have charged me for his stuff and visa versa. I got off if the phone and realized that they had just given me the wrong receipt. So to avoid all of the credits to my account and probably a debt to some other poor bastards account at Christmas time. I called him back and told him. Hey, I think they must have just given me the wrong receipt. Can you send me the correct one? That was a week ago. |
