Ie. brownsville san jaun alamo. Not sure about the 70% of school district or the Allah reference though. The CSCOPE program is supposedly for bringing up the grades and literacy, mathematics and sciences for poorer counties and school districts. However with all the liberals and progressives that have moved into this state they have been trying to implement their ways into our schools. I can tell you as a Texan with children in school this CSCOPE plan is only being implemented in lower level school districts in masse places like Houston, San Antonio, Austin and Dallas. The rural school districts will never buy into this program fully, because most of these districts school boards are made up of former students of their hometowns. However some form of CSCOPE is probably in all districts. We just dont have all the info yet. These folks are very tight lipped about what it is they want to achieve with programs like this. I got flack in a thread yesterday for being a homemaker and not homeschooling. You express perfectly here one of the reasons we don't! My child is 10, 4th grade, but his reading level is around 10th grade level, thanks to an accelerated reading program. We discuss the trigger topics, such as this one, that might come up in school.
