I will pray for you, but I might also have a tip for you that worked for my aches and pains, my sister's and my mother's who is 72.

Most of us take the RDA of what ever vitamin suits us at the time...

Because we use calcium to transport metals fro the body, all people generally need more than RDA of calcium...so

what we did was increase our calcium intake to three times the RDA of calcium per day, broken into 3 does...

the trick is to increas the magnisium as well and to buffer it with vitamin C.

The body can not obsorb the calcium properly without the vitamin C hand shake or the magnisium, throw in some vitamin D if you can at the same time.

Low calcium can cause muscle spasms, back spasms, joint pain, bleeding gums along with deficiancy of vitamin C, magnisium and vit D are also necessary for detox of pollutants..andif you drink tap water, sodas, canned teas, canned fruits or veggie etc, etc, etc, fillings, whatever,

My daughter has downs syndrome and also has Hasimotos and small cateracts, plus a couple of other things...I will pray for you and will do a little digging as well.
