I also have an auto immune condition called Hashimoto's thyroid and it is evident my immune system is attacking some of my joints. This condition causes me to gain weight, and I have to take expensive stuff to try to keep weight off.

Anything natural that you know that would help?

Prayers needed for this. I can't get to my integrated M.D. who can heal me because I don't have the $$$$ to go see him (insurance does not cover this).
