Hey hun, it was real emotion, as a public speaker myself, it is a technique to avoid the pic of the tear rolling down your face, wiping the corner of your eye inwards avoids such thing, but you have to do it often, stupid I know as we in the west understand emotion, but other parts of the world see it as a weakness, so a tear rolling down you face could have horrific outcomes, stupid hey.
