The shooter wasn't part of the NRA. Most gun owners don't go on shooting sprees either. You have a car I assume, do you run over people with your car everyday? No? A car is capable of doing that, running over a person and killing them, the same way a gun is capable of shooting bullets that can kill people. It's the user's fault, not the gun's. If you ban guns like I'm sure you want, we'd be defenseless against crazy people like this school shooter who could just as easily get guns on the black market. Ban guns and you'll see a rise in gun violence.
