Yes, and you disagree why? Because the shooter wouldn't have been able to get the gun if they were illegal? Right, because criminals always follow the rules.
Maybe if these mass shooters thought someone in the crowd might have a gun, they'd think twice. OR, they'd be taken down before so many were killed.
