Why do you think they had him attack an elementary school? Not much chance the victims would be carrying, as well as the maximum propaganda impact. How many of us remember all the drive by shootings reported on the news during the Clinton administration's so called 'assault' weapons ban push? After that unconstitutional 'law' got passed, all the drive by shootings miraculously stopped, at least according to the drive by media.
