I would love to write a huge ass rebuttal to this article as I find the writer in the wrong MAJORLY! If I spend $100 on gold, and have a $100 bill. I'm VERY sure I can get more for my gold than my bill. ...Regardless of the value it has lost, it still holds value. I would've written a huge essay, but I'm about to leave work and don't have the time :(

I have always wondered why gold was seen as soooo valuable. You can' eat it. You can't grow crops with it. You can't build with it. It is not good for making tools or weapons.
