Don't blame it on the glorification of violence in movies, TV, video games, popular [rap] music, MMA, sports, society, etc...
It is the gun's fault..

In 1973, I came out of a movie theatre matinee after seeing Bruce Lee in action for the first time.. Almost every kid that came out was mimicking his Kung Fu combat moves... What does that tell you..? so you renumber in cold blood and the Tate and so on murders. the seventies seem so far away and things wee starting to heat up then but still not like this. i lived outside a big city but way out and only one murder at that time and it wasn't with a gun a lady was decapitated with a knife.
