What the fuck is wrong with people who willingly put their kids in public school?
I would eat fucking DIRT in a cardboard box before my son sets one foot in a public school system.

It's called budgeting and being unselfish. So true. My husband works as a residential trash truck driver and is also a FT engineering student. I cherish my role as a homemaker. One income is hard sometimes but budgeting is the key. We live debt free, cars are paid off, live without all the luxuries most people do, and we live in a paid off nice mobile home. Have I fantasized about going back to work full time to move into a nice big house, or drive a newer car, sure BUT it is not worth it to me to give up homeschooling my kids. Besides, my husband would NEVER get the hang of the house work or budget. Ha ha. We have very defined male/female roles in our house and I wish more families would return to those old-fashioned values. What a smart post. My outlook on this subject exactly! Good for you mom!
