I sucessfully quit chairs though yay me!

You could start gradually. Like keep going to lower and lower chairs and hope your body doesn't notice. Don't know if that helps. I just sit on the floor all the time now. i'm coping better now I got a stool thats not technically a chair is it?! I like your advice... I will lower my stool in 15 minutes
