Both Israel and Thailand allow teachers to carry guns to protect their students. Why not here?

I dont know if you have this law in the us but in israel we got 3 guards protacting every school so those kind of things dont happen here even due most people own guns... as for teachers holding guns i dont think its something that can really be done with the liberals in the us there should just be a mandatory 2-3guards at each school would create alot of jobs aswell for vet's.

Sometimes I think you people must try to be stupid. If you can't have the teachers carry guns at least have more people guarding the premise of the schools so lunatics like this won't be able to get in and kill children ! A police state would mean taking the people's right to bear arms !
