US govt is pure evil. They fund and cause wars all over the world and then send in the military to kill civilians and people just trying to protect their country, and they pretend they are the good guys. They obviously did 911 to manipulate the people and convince them they needed to kill people in Iraq and Afghanistan, all for oil and power. They are filth. Minions of the devil himself.
Anyways, things like this are bound to happen, with so much evil in our midst.

Let me formulate my question more precise:

Whats wrong in your society that people, who have problems, instead of just killing themselves, take innocent little school childrens with them ?

I cannot understand how you would come up with that idea even if you have problems.

There is certainly a underlying factor, something that connects all that, some reason why people go crazy like that.

It is what reason ??

It's about mental illness and a culture of violence. Say what you want, violent video games, music videos, movies. They have an effect on those who are emotionally fragile. Identifying and treating people capable of committing this kind of violence needs to be stepped up. I'd even go so far as to identify people on forums such as this who make violent and/or antisocial comments be identified for their own sake if not society's. If people are messed in the head with violent overtones it is everyone's responsibility to make sure that they are taken seriously before stuff like this happens. You can't put mental illness and guns together. And despite the huge amount of guns in the states compared to every other nation in the world, its not really about gun control, it's about mental illness. When you have breakdown of religion, family and community there is no one taking care of or watching out for the mentally ill anymore... just a system that is obviously lacking.

Two reasons. One, school is often a source of extreme stress for some people, and the violence is directed toward that.

Two, schools, being gun free zone by law (what a joke) the shooter doesn't have to worry about being shot back at.

Yes, and it goes deeper than that. Not killing your own kind was instinctual. Pack animals protect the members of the pack. Humans are/were essential pack animals. We need that social structure to thrive. Some how, the instinct or social pact to not kill each other is evolving out of some people. Survival of the species is one of the most basic instincts, and we are losing that. Is it an entitlement mentality? Some no longer feel the need to care for their fellow humans (and Im not talking welfare.)

I imagine most here on glp would help a neighbor if they came to the door and asked. "Can you jump start my car?" Can I borrow a cup of sugar. My kid is in the hospital, can you watch my dog for a few hours. WHY do we help. Well, because we are nice. Because "it's the right thing to do". But, deeper than that, it's instinctual to come to the aid of a fellow human.

A young individual, living in a bad family, living in a bad neighbourhood, going to a bad school, has all the chances to be in shit.

Bad families come from social break downs before and people creating a family, even though, they are not ready to create a family.

Neighbourhoods can evolve, or disintegrate along the lines of povrety; but also there is a choice: help each other and fight, or take a stick and beat.

Schools should be points of education, instituations where there is light. But nowadays there is violence, stalking, theft, and all you want. Even teachers aren't save anymore.

What do you learn in schools like that ? As a going to be grow up ? And how will this mark your life ?

This are just thoughts.

But why is this above like that ?

Definitely! The shooter was at one time a student in a school. Years ago, the 10 Commandments were posted and children were taught to abide by them.

Nowadays, children are taught there is no God and are encouraged to do what feels good to them. There are NO absolute wrongs anymore, at least not being taught to the kids.

So what do you do when you get upset with a schoolmate or a teacher? What makes you feel good? If you feel like blowing them away, well, why not? There's no God. There's no hell. The worst thing that could happen would be getting caught.

And I don't have to remind you how messed up our criminal system is. In many states, there's no death penalty. Oftentimes, murderers even get released a few years down the road when the professionals feel they have been reformed.
