People will be disarmed eventually, and replaced by a supreme governing power which enforces absolute justice among the population. To think that society can evolve past a certain point otherwise is idiotic. Its probably a little early in the evolution to be any time soon. Especially since you are literally being invaded by the whole globe and the consequences of that are a ticking time bomb. And being around many of you, I have concluded that a sizeable portion of the male population is nothing better than loudmouth shitbags who use physical intimidation as their main means of existance and interaction with eachother in order to gain personal advantage and social standing. The problem with your Constitution is that it states you have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

All you have to do is declare that you have no right to life, liberty or the pursuit of happiness, then you will have no need for a second amendment.

Do you think your right to life means that you can take organs from another living person so you can enjoy your life?

If you think your right to life means that others have to die, then you have lost your right to life.

If there were a culture that developed where people felt the right to life mean they can take organs from other living people to put in themselves, then the government or state would be right to step in and define when you can enjoy the right to life and when you can't.

Similarly, the gun lobby and gun culture in the U.S. has decided that the right to bear arms means the right to enjoy high capacity & assault weapons with very inadequate controls and registration to get access to the weapons. Given that culture, it's time to say that this right to bear arms no longer benefits society.

And until we invent laser death rays, the gun is the most dangerous this around. So if you don't have one and you are being shot at, having your own gun allows you to not be dead. Is that putting it simple enough for you simpletons out there? It's not like everybody in america is just going to strike a truce and say ok i wont shoot you bro.
