I take no medications. I fear the extra ingredients and their uselessness towards "aiding" my body (ie: ailing) . Last medical visit was to the dentist, in June 2010 for a tooth cleansing. Would have gone last summer, but my dentist died (only knew him ten years, but a respectable man). Still haven't found a new one yet. Haven't seen a physician in almost a decade. No extreme health ailments.
