Well change the culture! Movies,music,games all glorify sensless violence and have NO VALUE TO SOCIETY. Go back to teaching the young to be civil,respectful of others and authorities. Good decent law abiding citizens aren't born that way they are taught to be that by responsible parents and a society that values life,ensures respect for others and isn't afraid to let all know that poor choices in life will have consequences.

These days, respecting 'authority' will get you tasered, shot, raped, jailed, etc., because the 'authorities' have all been compromised. This includes the police, courts, military, educators, et al. Parents are too busy, drunk or drugged to care - if a child knows who his/her parents are in the first place. Once a culture starts down the road to depravity, there's no turning back. History is repeating itself once again. There will be an enormous crisis (example: WWII) and then the cycle will begin again in regards to being civil citizens et al. Fast forward 50 years from that point, and it'll be the same society we have today. Well there must be a way to break this cycle and restore our values and hold tight to them. Not allow it to fade away each time. This is a point of dispair. I cannot imagine the grief of those families. There must be a way to set things right and not let it all get to this point again.
