Yea it's rising, but not major being at 10^1

When storm level is reached it could happen that astronauts have to be evacuated and that satellites must be placed in a lower orbit. We can define the following space radiation storm classes:

S1 = 10^1 = Calm
S2 = 10^2 = Moderate space radiation storm
S3 = 10^3 = Strong space radiation storm
S4 = 10^4 = Severe space radiation storm
S5 = 10^5 = Extreme space radiation storm
