Team Bush will be held responsible in hell if there is any type of god and justice.
I heard a theory once, that when you die you have a life review. During this review you feel for some period of time exactly like you made every person you effected feel.
Think about it, if you are evil enough you will effect those born after your death. Hitler for one would still be in this process and could be for hundreds of years more.
