| The Sonic Dreamer (OP) User ID: 19453308 12/19/2012 04:19 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | ![]() I was graciously given an early Christmas present by an amazing, thoughtful, giving member here on GLP...a trial subscription! So, I have been able to create a custome smilie! If you are reading this, my offer stands. If you would like me to create a picture for you, using either Microsoft Paint, or an actual micro-painting using acrylic paint on canvas (2 inches by 2 inches), please let me know! (If you want a real micro-painting, I will be happy to mail it to you- use a post office box if you prefer not to give out a mailing address.) Just think of a topic or an idea, and let me know what you want! It can be specific (my younger cousin wanted a micro-painting of her pet Jack Russell Terrier dog as a "D.J" behind turntables, surrounded by a field of flowers...that is a very specific request!) Or, you can suggest a general theme or concept (I have had friends ask for "something to do with the beach" or "I like flowers- orchids especially", etc.) Just try to be somewhat specific. Don't just say, "Oh, paint something happy." Is it a light joke meaning I was bored and looking for something to do, but it only took 5 minutes? Or a light joke meaning it looks like it took 5 minutes to make (insinuating it looks shoddy?) I take no offense, I just don't understand what u meen. Thanks for sharing the tomato pic. |

Thanks for sharing the tomato pic. THANKS!!!!!!! Major thanks! I have downloaded them both to my computer. Would you share your experience using them (if you have used the two programs, that is)? I have always wanted to try photo editing and photo retouching. And, having something like a much better version of MS Paint, in this case, InkScape, is going to be so fun! Thank you, thank you, brother! It cannot burn for ever, it must go out, and the presentiment of its end destroys it at its very peak." "But what is Hope?
