Tonight right after the sun set in the west, the moon showed up in the Western part of the sky. I know it is a new moon but am I missing something? I thought it was really weird.... It was following the same path where the sun had set in the West, but everyone said it is normal and a wet moon, and It also did not correspond with any moon phase in the 2012 december calender, thoug intotal contrast one poster said the moon phase looked like the 16th of dec. |

Interesting about that poster that mentioned that it looked like it was further along than normal as me and a bunch of people I know could swear that today feels as though it should be a few days later...if you know what I mean.
