its allahu akbar, which means "god is greater"
that said, i am not muslim and i can understand your point, when observing militant muslims on tv.
however, its a very common phrase in everyday life in muslim world, and in these circumstances it doesnt sound as aggressive...

actually i believe, that religions are important to establish an idea of moral in people who want to live together in a civilized way. all religions are telling more or less the same guidelines for living together peacefully, but all religions differ in context, because the context was written down by people, who added all kinds of stories to it... and these differences in context is, what people are fighting about. its so stupid. people have so little time in their life, and what do they do...? fighting over some stories. unbelievable...

but our world is changing, there is no chance for america
to stay as strong in international affairs as they did...
you can have best weapons, but if world starts to change trading in other currencies than dollar in big style, the dollar will be fucked, and so america... and this is what you see today... america is not fighting imperial wars anymore, they actually fight to survive and not to fall too deep, to protect the dollar and you. and also if you dont like him, probably obama was the much better choice for your country, as he seems to be able to talk with possible enemies, which is critical for usa in these times...
