So why is RYAN LANZA in HANDCUFFED?

To shame him, cops are all about shaming you. Just like doctors that make you strip down before they even meet you. Do not stay in a doc's office that does that, leave immediately. It's to show his superiority.

if he's in new jersey and came from work, there's no reason for the cops to even handcuff him.

the answer is obvious. the cops believed the media and so they thought he was the shooter.

If you don't like indefinite detention without charges get the hell outta my country, America isn't for you.

Has it been verified he was seen at work? Hoboken and Newton are a little over an hour apart. Could he have left worked unseen and been the second shooter in camo that was mentioned since Adam was in all black?
